A350 Business Seat Suggestion

First time flying business class on a 10 hour overnight long haul. Plane is A350 (Not Allegris) and will be a solo traveler. What do you all think are the best seats? It seems like a seat in the middle would be best so I don’t have to crawl over someone I don’t know or vice versa. I’ve read where the bulkhead seats have a little more foot space so that would mean row 1 or 7. I’m wondering if being so close to the restroom/galley makes 7 D/G less conducive for sleeping with possible traffic. Also, how is the noise in the mini cabin from the engine and economy section vs closer to the front? It does seem like there are overhead bins directly above row 7 but not row 1. The screens being side by side on the bulkhead seats might get distracting because you basically have two screens in your line of sight. Thoughts on window vs middle lane seat or row? I’m overthinking this, but it’s exciting to finally fly business class. I know some of you Senators out there have opinions!
